Once more into the breach Dear Friends….
Henry V encouraging his troops before attacking a castle on the day before the battle of Agincourt on the fields of
Henry was sure his Army though smaller and facing the hardship of crossing the channel to get to the battle fields of France – which were cris-crossed with hedgerows, and though he had lived the life of a wayward prince, carousing with a collection of ner-do-wells lead by Sir John Falstaff – he repented of his adolescent failure to live up to his father’s expectations – threw off the bad company and lead his underwhelming army to a victory over the French.
Sorry… I can’t tell you much more than that. But I’m thinking the newly minted majority in the “People’s House” need to be on a mission like that to regain the focus that should be foremost in the vision of those who are fighting for their nation and their homeland. So Henry V isn’t a poor figure to imitate. Perhaps the odds do look long – and the battle with the casualness and indolence that grows in armies that are not well and frequently tested.
Henry V snapped out of his waywardness. Let us hope and pray that our nation still has the strength of character and belief in the Lord our Maker to ‘move heaven and earth’ if it be the Father’s will – to put us on the right track of righteousness and straightforwardness in our cause.
Having enjoyed these blessings – we have to be thankful as well as diligent in preserving and protecting that which God has granted – so we may be good soldiers… good stewards of HIS vineyard where our freedoms are celebrated and magnified.
Cordially, IN HIM

JUST WHAT IS IT WE’RE TRYING TO STOP
Just a Minute: The question turns on definition of “Ideology” or “Murder”
The liberal blog Politico, says, Vice President Biden, interjecting into long negotiations last Friday between Mr. Obama and Mr. Bohner, told the Speaker, in no uncertain terms, his demand of zero funds for Planned Parenthood was unacceptable. If that became the deal-breaker, Biden said, he would (quote) "take it to the American people," who would presumably punish the GOP for shutting down the government on an ideological issue. So the choice was either give-in -- or shut down the government.
The battle is not over – but the lame-stream press –
The New York Times pro-abortion columnist, Paul Krugman, writes: “The nation needs a president who believes in something, and is willing to take a stand. And that’s not what we’re seeing.”
I agree, but I add, we don’t believe in murder!
