Howdy… it’s beginning a new week *again* and there are lots of things to be taken care of we know.

The reaction I’ve been able to sample on the Internet is quite diversified.
So… while this site was nowhere near the leading edge of this story – it is one that is welcome nonetheless. I’m glad to see *her* head is not turned by all the attention. And can only wish her well in being able to accomplish one of her ‘dreams.’ [Plus it’s a good story that not until right here did the current political/economic crisis even get a mention. Sometimes entertainment does accomplish something.]

JUST A MINUTE – Miss Susan Boyle, totally upset the “
Cynic Simon Cowell’s, eyebrows were first to show everyone had seriously misjudged the Scottish Lass. Obviously she was not a “Pretty Young Thing” and was marked off as ‘lower middle class’ definitely ‘below the salt.’
But the unmarried, never kissed (she says) church singer sat the judges and audience back on their heels from the first phrase, and brought the crowd to its feet. The cheering is still heard around the world in a reported 41 million plus You Tube hits.
She says: "I expected people to be a wee bit cynical. But I decided to win them round. … I’d never had a proper chance. It's as simple as that. You just don't give up." --- “She wasn’t ugly – we were!” said Guardian commentator, Tanya Gold.
Next contest round scheduled for May.
