Hello on *another* Monday….
Well, we’ve had a couple of nice days and a couple of tornados apparently from the looks of the wreckage. Just fortunate no lives were lost..
On the political scene – we’re not so sure. Marco Rubio is apparently continuing his high speed ramp-up in the Florida Senate Primary. Possibly you remember former NY Mayor Rudy Giuliani aiming for the GOP presidential nod in 2008 when he was hanging his hopes on winning the
But Charlie didn’t come through – at the last minute he swung his support to John McCain – at least that’s the story we got at the time – and so the former Mayor was left in a non-win third place finish in
Question: Is turn about fair play? In politics you’d better watch your back. “
Rumor has it Mr. Crist, who has a bunch of campaign money, but his chances of winning have grown appreciable slimmer, is angry enough at Mr. Giuliani’s characterization that he just may pick up his marbles and go play on the independents’ playground. Which could bode ill for holding on to that Senate seat currently in the GOP ranks.
Meantime Giuliani decided not to challenge Kirsten Gillibrand for that New York Senate nomination… so baseball anyone? They’re swingin’ for the fences!
Cordially, IN HIM

“JUST A MINUTE”
SAME OLE – ‘WHAT GOES AROUND …
Just a Minute: -- Last Monday Rudy Giuliani threw his “Sinker” endorsing Marco Rubio in
Ohhhh My – Back in 2008 the Former NY Mayor was pitchin’ hard for
Now the horseshoe’s on the other hoof. The Giuliani endorsement hits at a particularly bad time for Crist -- his pictorial Obama hug has dunked him in the poll standings – while Jeb Bush, Sr. hasn’t said who he’s for -- yet.
Speculation is rife Crist will jump out of the GOP and run as an independent. – Giuliani, meantime, took a walk and didn’t challenge New York Senator Kirsten Gilibrand, so … where will he light next?
