?QUE SE DICE SEN~OR? - Just a Minute for Thursday 9/18/08

            Hello again –

Looks like the group promoting Proposition 8 on the California ballot may have shot themselves in the foot – let’s hope so. They want to make homosexual marriages OK under California law and export it to all the States. The left-leaning news media probably have their stories written if Prop. 8 doesn’t pass that the whole world has changed and a majority of Californians voted against making same sex marriages illegal.

What these folks have overlooked is the fact Hispanic families are very strong on family values and the whole effort is likely to backfire on the promo-homos. The Latino community wants American laws to send a positive message about marriage, how a family functions and stays together – to bless the future of their children. It’s the strong hope of the that a strong majority of the Hispanic and Latino voters will vote against the position of making same-sex marriages legal and preserve our traditional culture.

The same-sex marriage folks have always planned to get the marriage definition they prefer written into California law and then use that as a lever to push it into all 50 states. But because of the strong family values in California’s large Latino community – strong enough to swing close elections – they may have outsmarted themselves by half. Let us pray that is the case.

            Cordially, IN HIM

“JUST A MINUTE”

?QUE SE DICE SEN~OR?

Just A MinuteLeft media types are set to trash Proposition 8 in California and demonstrate times have changed and everyone’s in favor of same-sex marriage. What may upset their plans in California is the Hispanic- American community is a powerful voting bloc.

Latinos want American law to send a positive message about marriage, family and society. Hispanic families share the aspirations of most Americans for their children and their future.

When commonsense marriage definition was declared bigoted in Massachusetts, it forced charitable organizations to close their doors on a 100 year old adoption assistance program. Many of those lacking those services were Latino children and poorer families.

The plan for the same-sex promoters has always been to get their radical agenda on the California law books and export it to the nation.  They want to substitute religious rights and conscience in favor of their brave new cultural norm. The sticking point is the size and demeanor of the California Hispanic community. So we need to be praying for God’s will to be paramount in this election.
