THAT WAS A GOOD-UN! - Just A Minute Radio for Wednesday 120411

There’s a ‘missing tooth’ in the lineup.  We had a computer component fail late in the day Monday so we spent the rest of the day in ‘chicken with the head off’ mode – and just barely got the materials in the right hands Tuesday morning to make the daily sked… but it took a lot of praying and pushing and --… so here we are with the missing tooth ahead of us…

 

But never fear – reinforcements are here – and show up in unexpected races and places.

 

We’re very thankful for the various talents scattered amongst our family – and friends. Through those connections we were able not to miss a program on Tuesday and continue on down the pathway toward a consistent flow of commentary. We do thank you for your interest and we’re looking for many more happy returns.

 

My wife’s birthday was Sunday… and a grandson’s b-day was up in West Virginia yesterday…. And just as I was ‘going to press’ with this one at night I remembered I had promised to call him about bed time.  (Sigh) but my bedtime is much later than his so… I’ll be making it up to him when you hear this.

 

Mr. Santorum retired from the race yesterday afternoon – in case you missed it. Now we’re on our way to the nominating conventions – and we won’t go into the fine points of how we got there or what’s going to happen now… all in due time my lovlies – things will sort out as the Heavenly Father wills – and all those who choose to will be happy for it.

 

Now…I’m falling asleep at the keyboard… happy that things are flowing along… we’ll talk about it more later when we have more news at hand. So thanks for sticking with us. We are happy to be on the air as planned today and will expect to follow right on through the season.  It was a beautiful day yesterday was it not.

               wise move.

MizP: You don’t thank he was absolutely forced out.

               Do you?

Homer: He had some good chances he coudda used

               Earlier I reckon.

MizP: Do you thank he shoudda Mr. Jack?

Jack: I guess he would have saved himself a lotta…

MizP: Lotta heart break… with his sick daughter an…

BB: Yeah I ‘grees wif you Miz Pearl – he done made

   hit purty hard on hissef..

MizP: An his fambly… they don’t thank do they…

Jack: I imagine they DO think Miz Pearlie at least…

Homer: At least you’d thank they would think…

BB: Ah say hit’s a lot more tough on th’ fambly

   than we  thank about lessn’ we’d in hit.

MizP: An Ah reckon thankn youssef into a lection

    race an aat’s a goin’ into hit ain’t easy.

Jack: And you’ve probably got more people not

   exactly a- tellin’ the truth about your prospects.

BB: Well they don’t know ‘bout the-yr prospecks.

MizP: You’s rite Mr. Beeelie…. How you gonna

  know if’n you’ ain’t been in hit youssef…thass

MizP: Thass why s’minny political chillun

  has probums like tha-ut…you caint ‘magine

Homer: Caint ‘magine the pressures…like Mr. ..

MizP:Like Mr. Santorum was pushed ta’ git out’n

   th’ race frum th’ first… Hit’s hard to tell.

Jack: It’s probably a really good idea if we pray

  for ALL the candidates and ….

MizP: An th’ chirrun… they needs hit

Jack: And so do we – since time’s up for today

    Be sure and be listening next week—we got
