Howdy again folks… getting’ on t’ward th’ Weekend –
And t’day we’ve got a special guest on the program – not usually here on Thursday’s – It’s Miz Pearlie from over at Playfair on the Caroliner line. Since Miz Hillary (Miz Pearlie calls her Hilliarary) has been such a prominent part of this story ever since it started two years ago – we thought we’d ask Miz Pearlie in to evaluate the kind of job Miz “Hilliarary” did on her speech. So you can hear her on the program… on the audio track or just read the script if her voice and accent happen to grate on your ears.
I’ve just found the folks over at (the full name is: ) “Earl ‘n’ Lester’s Bait Shop and Sushi Bar” on the ‘Caroliner’ line have a rather down-to-earth view of the political world and it’s refreshing to get their take on things when the rest of the news media seem to be getting tightly wrapped around the spindle. So we call on them on Wednesday’s to give us a more ‘back to basics’ perspective. Most people who talk with me about it seem to like to hear them – since the world of politics – especially when it draws close to election time – get’s pretty heavy.

Jack: Right… I’m aware of that. – so I’ve asked Miz Pearl here to give her assessment of Ms. Hillary and The Ex President’s speeches.
MizP: Thanks…Ah thought you’d never get done. I’ll git started. I’ve checked a’roun with all my consultants, especially Miz Barbera…
Jack: Yes…I know her…
MizP: Well she said hit was a ‘stemwinder’ of a speech an’ she saw tears in just ‘bout everboddy’s eyes – So she said she covered everthing…
Jack: Anything else?
MizP: Miz Barbera said hit was a “very excellent speech” her eggact words. And Mr. Fund of tha-ut Wall Street Paper said hit was th’ best of her career. And maybe hit was th’ openin’ gun of her campaign of two thousand twelve er sixteen.
Jack: Lookin’ that far ahead, huh.

MizP: Bill? You mean Beelie.
Jack: No … Bill Clinton – you … ex President he spoke last night.
